Job Description:
- Handle administrative requests and queries.
- Organize and schedule daily office needs.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Receive, sort and distribute the mails.
- Handle multiple tasks.
- Cover the reception desl when required.
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Gender : Female.
- Years of Experience : Fresh grads to 2 years of experience.
- Age : 20-25 years old.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and after working hours.
- Excellent communication skills.
