A reputable company located in Smart Village is hiring a Financial Director
Job Description:
- Represents financeon th e company executive Committee, ensures the efficient and economic operation of the FINANCE Division providing services and support to other
- Divisions as required, maintaining equipment, buildings and grounds in optimum condition.
- Conducts weekly Finance Meetings, ensuring all meetings are well planned, efficientand results oriented.
- Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
- Ensure all employees providea courteous and professional service at all times.
- Handles client and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the company policies.
- Take an activeinvolvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and well being of employees providing advice, counseling and truthful , diplomatic feedback.
- Ensure high standards of personalpresentation and grooming.
- Maintains positive clients and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Exercise responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the company executive team.
- Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the industry and company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years work experience in field of Finance & Accountant.
- Minimum 3 years experience·as Chief Accountan t/Manager/Assistant Director of Finance in a similar large organisation or firm.
- Holds a degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferably an MBA or its equivalent.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited stand ardization exists.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
- Computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mai l, and Finance management systems.
- Fluent English- written and spoken, multi-lingual desirable.
