A reputable company located in Nasr City is hiring a Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator


Job description:
  • Manage drop shipments from foreign suppliers being processed for our cutomers purchase orders.
  • Checking the inventory needs on regular basis.
  • Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods.
  • Maintain records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.
  • Administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of product and quotations.
  • Handling problems with other flow or shipping delays or relevant issues such as damaged or improperly packed goods, as well as day-to-day concerns with warehouse capacity and client deadlines.
  • The job will include phone or email interactions with customers.
Qualifications:
  • Age range : 20-30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree : Business Administration
  • Experience background : orders delivery follow up with supplies and customers.
  • Years of experience : 1-3 years.
  • Language school graduate is highly required.
  • Computer skills : Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Language proficiency : Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
