A reputable company located near Cornish El Nil is hiring a Learning & Development Supervisor
Job Description:
- Working closely with the different business units and Learning Leader/Talent Manager to define the strategy for developing our people and the supporting curriculum in all areas.
- Planning and managing the annual calendar of activities and events for the firm
- Program management and administrative support for all the training courses and projects. Including program organization and providing full co-ordination of a variety of in-house learning events and workshops.
- Responsibility for the learning budget in this area of the business: planning, spend and monitoring / forecast.
- Working with our online Learning Management System to handle course attendance and training records.
- Considering a variety of appropriate solutions to learning needs and making recommendations, evaluating options.
- Liaison, relationship building and occasional projects together with teams from Egypt or from other company's Firms.
- Possibility to present on or facilitate smaller sessions and events.
Qualifications:
- Team player with a strong focus on delivering to high standards
- Responsible and proactive working style
- Measured approach and ability to prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – experience with online Learning Management systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to cope with a pressured and varied workload; multi-tasking
- 8-10 years experience in learning and Development is a MUST
