A multinational company located in Katameya is hiring a QHSE Administrator (Female Only)
Job Description:
- Administrating the company quality, health and safety management system
- Updating Forms and procedures in the company management system to the last updates
- Follow up the delayed Actions required by any of the management system.
- Administrating the Audit findings and follow up closing out and update management team with the Audit situations
- Assist the HSE supervisor in his duties as required by the supervisor
- Carry out the inductions for new employees
- Documentation control for the QHSSE management system
- Data analysis
- Data input of IMPACT and updating the IMPACT
- Data input for the QHSSE KPI and updating the QHSSE targets for all FSAE personnel as required by targets table.
- Data input for the monthly HSE report
- Distribution the following graphs:
- Monthly safety KPIs progress(to QHSE manger)
- Monthly Managers HSE KPIs progress(to QHSE manger)
- Monthly IMPACT reports (to QHSE manger)
- Monitor the QHSSE target –Mangers target and communicate it to the QHSE manger
- Handling QHSSE meeting including minutes of meetings record keeping
- Control the QHSSE promotional items
- Translate any QHSSE documents into Arabic if required by The QHSSE manger or supervisor
- Input of HOC register and updating the total HOC register for the company
- Quality report updating monthly
Qualification:
- Gender : Female Only
- Age range: 25-30 years old
- Bachelor Degree: Chemical Engineering or any relevant major
- Experience Background: Preferably former experience in Quality, Health and Safety field
- Years of Experience: 2-5 years
- Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
