A multinational company located in New Cairo is hiring a Purchasing Specialist


Job Description:
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare the PO from the ERP and send it to supplier
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree: BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
  • Experience Background: 3 to 5 Years in purchasing
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
  • Gender: Male Only
  • Age range: 25-30 years old
