A reputable company located in 5th settlement is hiring a Junior property consultants
Job Description:
- Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features
- Promote properties through advertisements and listing services
- Advise clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information
- Search for resale channels and keep the listings up to date.
- Compare properties to determine a competitive market price
- Finalize the selling process between the buyer and seller with the required documents.
- Make Daily and Monthly reports to the Sales Supervisor
- Achieve their targets on Quarterly Basis.
Qualifications:
- Car owner is a must
- Owns a Laptop
- Age range:20-25
- Bachelor Degree:Preferably Bachelor degree from AUC, BUE, MIU, GUC, AAST
- Experience Background:From 0 to 3 years of experience
- Years of Experience:1-3
- Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written - spoken )
