Designing process & establishing licenses for all initial NPS members
Driving process improvements/enhancements around licensing life cycle management (e.g. registration, on-boarding, ongoing support/maintenance of licences, etc.) to support positive customer experience & business growth
Maintaining & enhancing NPS rules & regulations in light of emerging technologies & market / industry changes
Job Requirements:
Education: Law or Finance / Business degree
Work experience: 10 years in financial services, dealing with policy matters / audit in Law department, Audit firm or Banking sector, experience in card payments & international exposure is a clear advantage
