A reputable company located in 5th settlement is hiring a Head of National Park Service
Job Description:
- Scheme licenses, including adherence to all domestic and international regulatory requirements
- Setting strategic direction for the NPS in line with objectives agreed with the non-executive team
- Scheme development (product, organisation, rules, risk, processing arrangements, international acceptance, etc.)
- Internal P&L ownership for the NPS
- Setting and monitoring of KPIs for all scheme activities
- Management of all external stakeholder groups (issuers, acquirers, regulators, other governmental and other card schemes)
Job Requirements:
- Education: Finance or business degree, MBA preferred, PHD optimal
- Work experience: 15+ years in senior role(s) within a domestic or international card scheme and / or experience working within a issuing or acquiring bank in a leadership role
- Fluent in Arabic & English, strong cultural knowledge of Egyptian market
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
