A multinational company located in Cairo or Alexandria is requesting a Compliance Officer
Job Description:
- Legal and practical knowledge all national and international laws pertaining to compliance for our industry including Egyptian, US and UK anti-bribery and AML laws and all major sanctions/embargo regimes, domestic regulatory rules.
- Experience of establishing, running and executing a local compliance regime/practices (complying with external rules and internal methods of control) in coordination with group compliance head.
- Experience of delivering training on topics from KYC/AML, ABC, insider dealing, cyber security, ethics, conflicts of interest.
- Knowledge of domestic regulatory rules and reporting requirements, if any
- Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience:4-6
- Experience Background: Compliance and/or Legal
- Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English
