Job description:

• Offer advice and motivate their agents to close sales.
• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
• Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
• Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies
• Recruit and interview new sales agents
• Supervise real estate sales agents
• Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

• Age range:35 & Above years old.
• Experience Background: Not less than 5 years’ experience in the Real Estate Field, and not less than 2 years’ experience as team leader OR sales manager Preferably in brokerage
• Years of Experience:4-6
• Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
