Main Skills and responsibilities :
Good Knowledge about mobile phone industry.
Ability to handle all customers answering product and service questions, suggesting information , lead times , main quality checking about Mobile phones products and services.
Good Knowledge about mobile phone service process, after sales progress, customer needs.
Ability to work under pressure and handle all different customer behaviours.
Ability to make quality basic checking for mobile devices and handle all kind of customers.
Maintains customer records by updating cases on system applications.
Good communication skills.
Good way to communicate with team.
clarifying the customer's complaint in details to Technical team and follow up the quality progress till the end .
Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Ability to make quality basic checking for mobile devices and handle all kind of customers.
Maintains customer records by updating cases on system applications.
Good communication skills..
Should be able to organise the work and time efficiently and to work supportively within a team.
Located on Qualiobeya , shobra .. or near to this area.
2-4 years of experience in Customer service .
Preferable to have an experience on working on mobile service centre .
