A Big company in the field of Cosmetics, is hiring Area Sales Manager
The Role:
- Report to the Sales Manager and lead the team of ASM in region 3.
- Drive Sales and Sales force development within the region and specific assigned leaders
- Train, Coach and follow up on assigned leaders and ASM.
- Full responsibility of all actions and events related to sales or recruitment within her/his region.
- Full responsibility of all sales target and follow up within her/his region.
- Business planning and goal setting with leaders and ASM reporting to her/him.
- Ensure that meetings and trainings are held regularly and properly by the leaders and managers
- Secure ongoing quality trainings for consultants on all levels, making sure these trainings are popular and efficient.
- Monitor and analyze results in the region through company systems and reports
- Plan and follow up actions on a monthly basis that focus sales and sales force development.
- Engage and participate in cross department initiative s and projects to further develop the company
The Qualifications:
- High Communication and presentation skills
- Good Trainer, Motivator and Coach
- Strong ethical and interpersonal skills
- Experience: 5-6 years in sales
- Very good in written and spoken English (mandatory)
- Planning and Organizational skills
- Degree in business or sales or equivalent
- Passionate with a can do attitude (mandatory)
