An international company located in 5th settlement is hiring a research and development specialist


Qualifications:

  • University graduate, English section is a MUST
  • Experience preferably not less than 3 years in training, development or research.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST

Job Description:
Administration

  • Update outlines catalogue
  • Monitor and foster the correspondence flow to/from BD, Training, and operations
  • Submit RFP’s to BD to be submitted to clients within deadlines time frame
  • Update the server content in regard to the training sector

Technical Duties
Planning

  • Plan the delivery scenario and the material flow for preparation
  • Communicate with the BD team and the customers to create a rapport and/or to ensure establishing a common understanding of the training outcomes

Implementation

  • Generate new ideas to increase the sales volume by adding more service lines or generating from the existing lines new ideas
  • Draft and preparing the RFP with the BD team to be submitted to customers
  • Draft and preparing the training manuals for house delivery team & core associates
  • Find new sources of kits and games to be used by trainers ( updating tools)
  • Evaluate customer needs from feedback of the training evaluation form and compiles relevant measures for correction or improvement and communicating them to all concerned parties
  • Deliver training programs or consultancy when required
  • Prepare the customer final post-delivery report from the assembled necessary data from trainers and operations
  • Communicate with Core associate whenever necessary
  • Generate marketing ideas to better position Bb and its growth in the whole region
  • Search for and suggesting partnering with new awarding bodies worldwide to give more credibility to our services
  • Standardize company's catalogue and updating it regularly minimum review should be every week
  • Assess the core associate during their initial presentation and providing inputs to facilitate the decision making
  • Share any relevant resources with the trainers based on the outlines during the preparation phase
  • Regular review of the available training tools
  • Develop new course material and upgrading the existing slide bank
  • Support in the headhunting of new trainers whenever requested
  • Other duties as assigned
