“Project Control Manager” is required in a Multinational Engineering Company Located in Sheraton, Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress, financial status, and risk assessments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure all project control activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project control, preferably in a healthcare or lab construction environment.
- Strong understanding of project control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Experience with financial management and cost control.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
