“Senior Marketing Specialist” is required for Insurance Brokerage Company located in Smart Village.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Managing the content posted on social media after obtaining the required approval from FRA.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies
- Analyze Customer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Undertake all needed action to handle the company’s channels to increase audiences, enhance brand awareness and boost sales volume.
- Generate, edit and publish periodically social media content.
- Keep audiences attracted through daily interactions and activities.
- Develop social media content plans consistently following brand identity
- Reporting bi-weekly social media channel performance.
- Update the company’s profile periodically with new project content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Mass Communication or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience and proven track record in launching campaigns.
- Commercial awareness is combined with a creative mind.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and any other systems.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Fluent English written and spoken.
