“Electrical Maintenance Supervisor “is required for Maritime Transportation company located in Portsaid.
Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of Global and local safety rules in wthe orkplace, including but not limited to risk assessments, work permits, and Lock-out/Tag-outs for maintenance activities.
Monitor and control all maintenance shift-related work orders, ensuring end-to-end management.
Apply global standards and procedures for work execution and management.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of equipment Key ---Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with all stakeholders and his team to work towards achieving the required targets.
Monitor equipment repair strategies and shift resources suitability, providing feedback to the Maintenance planning and Managers.
Ensure effective work handover between shifts.
Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of the shift working teams.
Monitor shift working maintenance and repair costs, ensuring compliance with terminal plans & Budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar working environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in heavy equipment maintenance, especially in mobile equipment such as Trucks, Trailers, reach stackers, empty handlers, ….)
Good knowledge/experience in electrical vehicle maintenance ispreferred.
CMRP certificate or similar technical certificates would bepreferred.
