“Senior Sales and Business Development Manager” is required for a Multinational company Maritime Transportation company located in Port Said.
Responsibilities:
Leading of the Sales Agendain line with the Strategic Agenda and guidance from the Head of Commercial.
Essentially having a growth and ambitious mindset to continuous build Sales growth.
Leading and guiding the Sales Organization to ensure growth and deliverables.
Advanced Leadership and Leading of Leaders capability.
Leading of the Customer Account Management team with our customer local Organizations both Shipping Line and Land Side Customers.
Guiding the team on having a strong Customer Performance Management.
Assisting of the Head of Commercial to implement the Business Development ambitions and the future growth agenda.
Future Forecasting of the Topline from Sales including assisting the Head of Commercial in Budget Settings and Rolling Forecasts exercises.
Profound knowledge and experience of the local market dynamics, trade and cargo flows and potential opportunities to enhance our Customers Supply Chains.

Requirements:
At least 8 years of Commercial Management and Sales Experience in Shipping, Logistics and/or Container Terminal related fields.
Have built or supervised logistics and intermodal projects previously.
Bachelor degree or higher. Specialized in Transport and Logistics or Business Administration is a plus.
Well versed in Business Negotiations.
Knowledgeable about Value-Based-Selling.
Have led (leaders) and Sales agenda for at least 5 years.
