“Receptionist” is required for an international trading Company located in Sheraton.


Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and faxing.
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and reports.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly by coordinating administrative processes.​
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
