"Group Technical Support Manager" is required for a multinational company located in Maadi
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, and distributors regarding the application, performance, and troubleshooting of polymer products.
Resolve customer technical inquiries related to polymer formulations, properties, and processing techniques.
Lead the development and improvement of polymer recipes and formulations based on customer requirements and market trends.
Design and develop innovative polymer products that meet specific performance criteria for various industries.
Tailor formulations to meet various customer needs, including different processing methods (e.g., extrusion, injection molding) and applications (e.g., automotive, packaging, construction).
Oversee the testing of new polymer products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Monitor and review customer feedback to identify areas for product or process improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in polymer technical support, formulation development, or product innovation.
Fluent in English is a Must.
Strong expertise in polymer chemistry, processing techniques, and material performance.
