"Group Marketing Manager" is required for an international polymers distribution company located in Maadi.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote polymer products and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Align marketing plans with overall business objectives and sales goals.
  • Develop and strengthen the brand image of the company's polymer products.
  • Craft compelling product value propositions and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical datasheets.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create educational content and product demonstrations for customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the polymer industry.
  • Utilize insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives and refine product offerings.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Build relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to understand their marketing needs.
  • Organize customer events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance product awareness and engagement.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior marketing team members.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget for polymer products.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve campaign goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the polymer, plastics, or chemical industries.
