"Group Marketing Manager" is required for an international polymers distribution company located in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote polymer products and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Align marketing plans with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Develop and strengthen the brand image of the company's polymer products.
- Craft compelling product value propositions and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all marketing channels.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical datasheets.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create educational content and product demonstrations for customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends in the polymer industry.
- Utilize insights to develop targeted marketing initiatives and refine product offerings.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Partner with sales teams to identify and engage potential customers.

- Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve campaign goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the polymer, plastics, or chemical industries.
