"IT Executive-Female" is required for a multinational governments and diplomatic services company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Developing IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. They should be able to analyze market trends, identify technology gaps, and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Must be responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and administration of an organization's IT systems.
- Providing technical assistance to end-users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. They should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. They should be familiar with operating systems such as Windows as well as network protocols and virtualization technologies.
- Ensuring that IT systems and data are protected against unauthorized access, theft, or loss. This includes implementing security controls, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, and monitoring for security threats and incidents.
- Developing and implementing backup and recovery procedures to ensure that critical data is protected and can be restored in the event of a disaster.
- Developing and maintaining custom software applications to meet the organization's needs. This may include writing code, testing software, and providing technical support to end-users.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides. They should be able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Providing training and support to end-users to help them use IT systems effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that IT projects are completed on time and within budget. They should also monitor resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
- To ensure IT compliance, organizations should establish a compliance program that includes policies, procedures, and controls, as well as regular monitoring and reporting on compliance status. It is also important to ensure that employees are trained on compliance requirements and that compliance is regularly reviewed and updated as regulations and industry standards change.
- Ability to be team player and setting goals. They should be able to be reallocated in any location.
- Evaluating and selecting vendors for IT products and services. They should be able to manage relationships with vendors.
- Communicating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their technology needs and provide updates on IT initiatives. They should also be able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluating new and emerging technologies to determine their potential benefits to the organization. They should be able to assess the risks and benefits of new technologies and make recommendations on adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 yearsof experience in IT.
- Experience Windows / Application / CCNA. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills are also essential for this role.
