“Commercial Manager” is required for an international Business Services and Consultation company located in Maadi, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing, sales, and PR strategies.
- Oversee Digital Marketing, Sales, PR, and Referral Coordinator departments.
- Optimize patient acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with finance on budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Develop and grow commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Working hours: 4:00 PM- 12:00 AM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 15-20 years in commercial strategy or business development.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in multinational companies and U.S. market operations.
- Healthcare industry experience is a Must.
- Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting.
