“Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator ” required for a multinational oil & gas company located in Maadi.


Responsibilities:
  • Administration of the Health Scheme, including renewal, adding and deleting members, dealing with complaints, refunds, chronic cases, etc. Conduct induction to ensure all employees are aware of our medical insurance company benefits.
  • Track any approvals required by staff or their families with the medical insurance company.
  • Ensure staff update their emergency contacts, social status, address declaration, and Medical Situation forms on a yearly basis, or whenever a change occurs.
  • Review/update work instructions, processes, and procedures used by the reception.
  • Manage any required bookings, including flights, hotels, and Meet & Greet services if required by the reception.
  • Prepare events held by the company, whether inside or outside the company, mainly handling all employee engagement events.
  • Manage the company’s attendance system, including the issuance of attendance cards, activating them on the system, and extracting reports (for staff and visitors).
  • Supervise the entire building's housekeeping, including office support staff utilization, ordering cleaning materials, and conducting their appraisals.
  • Ensure that the landscape green areas are maintained as well as the internal plantations of the buildings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Office Management, Events, or Medical Insurance.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
