“Marketing Specialist (Lead Generator)”is required for a multinational engineering consultancy located in Dokki.
Responsibilities:
- Create and launch email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our marketing goals.
- Segment customer audiences by analyzing data to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
- Write compelling email copy that speaks to our audience while staying true to our brand voice.
- Design visually appealing email templates in collaboration with the design team to drive clicks and conversions.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and layouts to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
- Manage and grow our email subscriber list while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to ensure email strategies align with broader business goals.
- Working Hours: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm or 1 Pm - 10 Pm.
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong experience in email marketing and lead generation.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail in email design and copywriting.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Fluency in English is a must.
