“Quality Officer” is required for a Multinational Logistics Company, located in 10th of Ramadan
Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality checks on all input materials from providers as well as exiting items for distribution regularly.
- Discarding any products or materials that do not meet quality standards.
- Performing inventory check and keeping quality standards high for audits.
- Keeping a clean and safe working environment & ensure the adherence of all staff members to health & safety policies/regulations.
- Reporting any discrepancies & controlling risks & incidents.
- Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers.
- Ensure the safety & efficiency of warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- Maintaining and organizing all records, documentation, and other files associated with quality & inspection processes.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual end close in addition to submission of weekly & monthly reports if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 1-2 Previous experience as a quality officer or a similar management position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Excellent Command of English written & speaking.
