“Internal Sales Coordinator” is required for an international Automation Machinery Manufacturing Company located in New Cairo.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders.
  • Coordinates with sales, finance, and logistics to meet deadlines for deliveries and payments.
  • Maintain sales and customer records.
  • Support sales and marketing related activities.
  • Suggests and implements improvementsin the sales administration process.
  • Reports on sales metricsand suggests improvements.
  • Prepares sales forecasts(monthly and annual).
  • Uses customer feedbackto ensure. improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration.
  • Min 5 years of professional experience, in the industrial sector is a Must.
  • Ability to handle technical and commercial topics.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in English language, is a Must.
