“Sales Account Manager” is required for an international Automation Machinery Manufacturing Company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders.
- Coordinates with sales, finance, and logistics to meet deadlines for deliveries and payments.
- Maintain sales and customer records.
- Support sales and marketing related activities
- Suggests and implements improvementsin the sales administration process.
- Reports on sales metricsand suggests improvements.
- Prepares sales forecasts(monthly and annual).
- Uses customer feedbackto ensure. improve processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration
- Min 5 years of professional experience, in related technical sales function within the industrial sector.
- Ability to handle technical and commercial topics
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency of English language, German is a plus.
