“Admin-deputy General Manager “required for a multinational government and diplomatic services company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Procure landline, video conferencing, and cell phone communication equipment.
- Evaluate vendor performance and conduct commercial negotiations. Ensure timely payments to vendors and landlords.
- Ensure timely insurance and renewal of property and premises.
- Maintain proper accounting and documentation as per internal and external audit requirements.
- Oversee major refurbishment projects. Monitor refurbishment costs, progress, and completion of infrastructure projects.
- Maintain registers for office equipment and a memorandum of assets for furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 by managing power, AC systems, generators, and amenities like water.
- Document assets to assist finance with reconciliation in SAP.
- Submit admin-related MIS reports and monthly expenditure reports on stationery, refreshments, etc.
- Liaise with missions for provisioning facilities management at their end.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Adhere to the organization’s environment, health, and safety policy/objectives and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Technical engineering experience is a must.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent English is a must.
