“Order-to-Cash Manager” Required for a Multinational Food Manufacturing Company Located in New Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process for the company, including billing, collections, and cash management.
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all O2C initiatives.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow charts for O2C processes.
- Analyze collection processes and establish best practices for all receivable types.
- Effectively build sustainable relationships across business and finance departments to drive proactive collection involvement.
- Manage trade spending booking in coordination with BU controllers, ensuring compliance with clients' contractual agreements.
- Lead the account reconciliation process through deep dives and direct collaboration with the sales team, credit manager, and BU controllers.
- Ensure effective and regular communication with clients to drive compliance with credit terms and timely cash collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in accounting, particularly in a Shared Service Centre setup.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent English proficiency is a must.
