“Brand Communications specialist” is required for a reputable Manufacturing Company located in October.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Communications strategy that aligns with the Marketing team’s objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain the Marketing team’s web content and ensure that the website is updated regularly with relevant and exciting material.
  • Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.
  • Driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic content marketing.
  • Work with operations, management and marketing teams to ensure progress of brand image delivery is effectively communicated within allotted touchpoints, timeline, and budget.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media.
  • Creating high quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Brand Communications specialist, content strategist or similar role in retail field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in content management and social media tools.
  • Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and MS AX 365 is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
