“Financial Manager” is required in a reputable packaging Factory Located in Badr City
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and implementation of financial strategies to support company growth, profitability, and long-term goals. Provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive team.
- Oversee all fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and IFRS standards.
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities. Implement policies and procedures to maintain robust financial controls and record-keeping that meet audit and regulatory standards.
- Supervise financial operations for subsidiaries and foreign branches, manage third-party financial service providers, and oversee acquisition due diligence and negotiations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to meet organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders. Represent the company in interactions with investors, auditors, and public officials. Engage with the Board and executive leadership effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Oversee cash flow, and investment management, and develop investment policies to manage associated risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of financial experience, with a proven track record as Finance Manager in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, data analysis, and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in MS Office and financial management software, with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
