“Retail Channel Manager” required in an International Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Company Located in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Drive strategies for successful market penetration.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new clients online and offline.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify and engage new business prospects.
- Ensure accurate and timely stock reporting.
- Work with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop forecasting models to meet stock requirements.
- Oversee promoter management and training.
- Develop online and offline promotional strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Promoters team to create and evaluate lead generation strategies.
- Conduct daily sales reviews, promoter check-ins, stock verification, and customer feedback analysis.
- Perform weekly performance evaluations, strategic training, and promoter assessments.
- Complete monthly in-depth analysis, market strategy updates, and budget planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in retail channel management within the Saudi market for hardware technology products is a must.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficient with inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
