“Product Development Manager” is required in a reputable Retail company located in 6th October city
Main Duties:
- Lead the full product development process from concept to launch, ensuring innovative glassware products are created in collaboration with design and production teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and new product opportunities, including engaging with traders.
- Manage the product life cycle, from new product introductions and enhancements to phase-outs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement product strategies, set performance goals (KPIs), and track progress, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, packaging, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure successful product launches and promotional activities by coordinating efforts across departments.
- Act as the voice of the customer, integrating their feedback into product development while building strong relationships with key stakeholders like customers, retailers, and industry partners.
- Continuously monitor product performance metrics to improve offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of product management or procurement experience, ideally in consumer goods or glassware.
- ERP skills for inventory, pricing, orders, and reports; basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of product development from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in project management tools.
