“Senior Sales Specialist” is required for an Insurance company located in Heliopolis.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and lead generation tools.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects to drive sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in alignment with client needs and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.
Job requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in (Real estate-IT-Pharmaceutical-Insurance) industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
