“Senior Sales Specialist” is required for an Insurance company located in Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospects to drive sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in alignment with client needs and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.
Job requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in (Real estate-IT-Pharmaceutical-Insurance) industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
