“Senior Landscape Architect Engineer” is required for an International Developer, Job location Sheikh Zayed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead landscape projects from the concept stage through completion.
- Develop and present creative and technically sound landscape design concepts that align with project goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate efficiently with other teams, including engineering, and urban designers.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure high-quality, accurate, and innovative solutions.
- Produce working drawings and detailing for landscape projects.
- Making BOQ and Quantity surveys for tendering purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional planning.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in landscape shop drawings.
- Proficiency in Autodesk applications is mandatory.
- Previous experience with a reputable design house or developer is advantageous.
- Strong detailing skills for all the landscape disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential.
