"Telesales Advisor" is required for a Multinational Telecommunications Company located in El Sheikh Zayed City.
Working Hours: Fixed hours, 6 PM to 2 AM
Days Off: Rotational
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into clients through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
- Reach out to consumers to promote and sell household telecommunication services.
- Organize and maintain the CRM system, scheduling follow-ups and ensuring timely reminder calls.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs effectively.
- Offer tailored solutions based on the client’s specific needs and capabilities.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales regarding progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- B.A. degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- 1-year proven experience in telesales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
