"Area Sales Manager” is required for an international distribution company located in October.
Responsibilities:
- Review monthly KPIs report and ensure all team's KPIs are met.
- Analyze sales and determine growth & cost cut opportunities.
- Direct, coach the supervisors, and handle any customer issues related to the area under their supervision.
- Support the Routing Team on the routes periodically and match actual locations with their coordinates.
- Approve updates of customers' lists and remove non-active customers from the routes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of FMCG Retail Sales experience.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
