“Regional Finance Director” is required for an International hospitality company located in Giza.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee financial operations across all regional properties, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely preparation of accurate financial reports.
- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with property owners and other stakeholders to align financial objectives and drive business success.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance manager role, preferably a cluster role in Hotels-Resorts- hospitality companies.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
