“Regional Finance Director” is required for an International hospitality company located in Giza.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Oversee financial operations across all regional properties, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely preparation of accurate financial reports.
  • Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with property owners and other stakeholders to align financial objectives and drive business success.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance manager role, preferably a cluster role in Hotels-Resorts- hospitality companies.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
