“Construction Project Manager” international Engineering and Construction located in Sheikh Zayed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the construction activities on multiple sites within the area.
- Ensure all construction work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with construction plans and safety protocols.
- Review and approve construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between construction teams and other relevant departments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on construction progress, performance, and any issues to senior management.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to construction activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in overseeing high-value and large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Excellent command of the English language.
