Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Delegate tasks and provide resources to facilitate effective team functioning.
- Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Manage onboarding, transfers, and resignations while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve personnel operations.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing personnel functions and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
