“Fleet Maintenance Manager” is required for a Well-Known FMCG Distribution company located in October.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions.
Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability.
Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of Maintenance, Repair, and other related functions.
Validate and Approve repair costs and car user’s expenses as per authority matrix.
Analyze corrective maintenance of all the vehicles.
Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employees’ performance.
