“Financial Controller” is required in a reputable Retail company located in 6th October city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage cash flow, including cash in and cash out, and manage treasury functions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for the Budget & Costing section.
- Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget, tracking revenues, COGS, and expenses.
- Analyze actual product costs against standards and report any deviations.
- Develop and maintain a solid costing system for each product.
- Lead the preparation of medium- and long-term financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Oversee accurate monthly accounting close and ensure balance sheet integrity.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making for senior management.
- Adapt to and work effectively with various titles and levels within the organization.
- Develop reports to back up business decisions with the right financial data.
- Lead finance improvement projects focused on reporting automation and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics. MBA is preferred.
- 10-15 years in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5 years in a financial management role in the Retail industry (a must).
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- Strong knowledge of financial software (ERP MS Dynamics 365 AX preferred), management reporting, and automation systems.
- CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent.
