“Technical Operation Manager” required in an International Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Company Located in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding the functions and integration of all products & solutions offered.
- Maintain the master project plan showing all open projects with time plans and milestones.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and up to our standards.
- Lead the operations activities and distribute work to technicians.
- Accountable for all projects installation in terms of performance and reliability.
- Monitor all activities on sites, and ensure all the installations, wiring, terminations, and cables testing are performed correctly.
- Receive, review, and verify the reports submitted by the team.
- Provide planning direction and coordination for all the technical activities while achieving optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, and facilities.
- Proactively manage and communicate with clients to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
- Reports directly to the General Manager and is entitled to make any decision related to the technical department operations and project.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience with Lutron Design and Crestron Home Setup software (MUST).
- Skills in installation, cable testing, and using Microsoft Office.
