“Factory Manager” is required in a reputable food production company located in the 10th of Ramadan City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize plant operations from a manufacturing perspective.
- Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety and Quality requirements.
- Drive superior customer satisfaction as a lowest-cost producer.
- Implement and maintain good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and HR standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in food production.
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
