“Factory Manager” is required in a reputable food production company located in the 10th of Ramadan City.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize plant operations from a manufacturing perspective.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety and Quality requirements.
  • Drive superior customer satisfaction as a lowest-cost producer.
  • Implement and maintain good manufacturing practices.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and HR standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in food production.
  • Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
