“CFO” is required in a reputable Agriculture company located in Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, facilitate access to project finance data, and ensure adherence to contract/grant stipulations.
  • Formulate and execute the company's financial strategy, encompassing long-term financial planning, risk assessment, and investment strategies.
  • Explore potential revenue streams and economic trends, analyze internal processes for cost-saving opportunities, and process enhancement.
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
  • Utilize tracking mechanisms to monitor business performance, institute corrective actions when necessary, and deliver comprehensive reports for earnings calls, the management team, and the wider organization.
  • Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems to guarantee compliance with relevant regulatory entities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the agricultural, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws in Egypt.
  • Proven track record of financial leadership, including strategic planning and risk management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
