“Account Management Team Leader” is required in a Global business services Company located in Heliopolis.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and senior account managers to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major partners.
  • Manage high-profile and complex accounts, focusing on growth, satisfaction, and strategic development.
  • Oversee client interactions, including pitching, negotiation, and long-term partnership building.
  • Ensure team targets are met, and work on enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and support professional development initiatives.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to maximize partner success and revenue.
  • Personally manage key accounts and ensure effective implementation of account plans.
  • Regularly report on performance to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in dynamic environments such as e-commerce, technology, FMCG, retail, or top-management consulting.
  • Proven track record in team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced setting.
