“Sales Account Manager” Required in an International Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Company Located in UAE. Job Location: Dubai, UAE


Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives to acquire new wholesale and distribution partners. Evaluate potential partners and negotiate favorable terms to expand the network.
  • Explore opportunities to enter new markets through effective management of partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and sub-distributors. Provide support, address concerns, and deliver training. Communicate daily to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow wholesale and distribution channels. Identify new business opportunities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Review and adjust plans weekly.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for wholesale and distribution. Continuously assess and improve sales processes. Review sales performance monthly and refine strategies.
  • Implement accurate stock reporting processes. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to manage inventory and forecast stock levels. Review daily sales reports and verify stock levels.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in B2B wholesale distribution within the consumer electronics industry is essential.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Existing portfolio of clients in the UAE, GCC, and Africa (including Kenya and Nigeria) within the IR market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
