“CEO” is required for a reputable wholesale building materials company located in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Executive Management Team to carry out major plans and proceduresconsistent with established policies.
- Manage overall industrial performance and operations and make major decisions affecting the organization.
- Leading and driving commercial activities and initiatives, including maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, and industry developments.
- Develop, in coordination with the Executive Management Team, an integrated business plan that optimizes the market share and profitability of existing or new activities.
- Review the operating results of the company, compare them to established objectives and goals, and follow up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
- Assist the Board of Directors in enforcing strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability, and return on investment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or engineering.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in the industrial sector.
- Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions.
- English fluency is a must.
