“CEO Executive Assistant” is required for a reputable Financial Services company located in Downtown.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and detailed travel plans, including itineraries and agendas.
- Handle expense reports, confidential correspondence, and daily affairs, ensuring high-quality support.
- Prioritize and manage the CEO's correspondence, research information, and produce reports and statistical analyses.
- Organize briefings and materials for the CEO’s meetings, trips, and events, ensuring preparedness.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Executive office and internal departments, maintaining trust with senior management.
- Assist board members with travel arrangements and ensure compliance with board regulations and confidentiality.
- Participate in Executive Team meetings and assist in coordinating senior management and staff meeting agendas.
Qualification:
- University degree in a business-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting executive-level positions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize with excellent attention to detail.
